         ৪.খ.ক. ঢাকা শহরের ভেতরে: অর্ডার করার পর ২৪ থেকে ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হবে ।

         ৪.খ.খ. এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি: নির্দিষ্ট কিছু এলাকায় এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি সেবাটি আছে; নির্ধারিত সময় স্লট অনুযায়ী ৬ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হবে ।

         ৪.খ.গ. ঢাকা শহরের বাইরে: অর্ডার করার পর ৩ থেকে ৫ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হবে ।

 

৪.গ. ডেলিভারির সময়সূচি অপ্রত্যাশিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে,যার মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত কিন্তু সীমাবদ্ধ নয় খারাপ আবহাওয়া, ধর্মঘট, বা লজিস্টিক ব্যাঘাত ইত্যাদি ।

 

 

৫. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব

৫.ক. অ্যাকাউন্ট নিরাপত্তা:

         ৫.ক.ক. আপনার একাউন্টের  নাম এবং পাসওয়ার্ডের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব ।

         ৫.ক.খ. আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অধীনে পরিচালিত যেকোনো কার্যক্রম, হোক তা অনুমোদিত বা অননুমোদিত, তার জন্য আপনি দায়বদ্ধ থাকবেন ।

         ৫.ক.গ. যদি আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেসের নিয়ে সন্দেহ হয়, তবে তা সঙ্গে সঙ্গে সেফস্টলবিডিকে জানাতে হবে ।

৭.খ. অনুমোদিত ব্যবহার:

        ৭.খ.ক. ব্যবহারকারীদের একটি সীমিত, নন-এক্সক্লুসিভ লাইসেন্স প্রদান করা হয়, যা শুধুমাত্র ব্যক্তিগত এবং অ-বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে প্ল্যাটফর্ম অ্যাক্সেস এবং ব্যবহার করার অনুমতি দেয় ।

 

৭.গ. সীমাবদ্ধতা:

            ৮.গ.ক. ব্যবহারকারীরা প্ল্যাটফর্মের কার্যক্রমে হস্তক্ষেপ করতে পারবেন না, ক্ষতিকারক ফাইল আপলোড করতে পারবেন না, বা সিস্টেমে অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেসের চেষ্টা করতে পারবেন না ।

 

 

৯. নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘনের জন্য দায়বদ্ধতা

১০.খ. পরিষেবা সংশোধন:

            ১০.খ.ক. সেফস্টলবিডি পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই প্ল্যাটফর্মের যেকোনো অংশ সংশোধন, স্থগিত, বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার রাখে ।

 

 

১১. বাহ্যিক লিঙ্ক

১১.ক. তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইট:

            ১১.ক.ক. ব্যবহারকারীদের সুবিধার জন্য বাহ্যিক ওয়েবসাইটের লিঙ্ক প্রদান করা হয় ।

            ১১.ক.খ. তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইটের বিষয়বস্তু, গোপনীয়তার চর্চা, বা নির্ভরযোগ্যতার জন্য সেফস্টলবিডি কোনোভাবে দায়বদ্ধ নয় ।

 

 

১২. জরিপ এবং কন্টেস্ট

১২.ক. স্বেচ্ছামূলক অংশগ্রহণ:

            ১২.ক.ক. সার্ভে , কন্টেস্ট, বা রেফারাল প্রোগ্রামে অংশগ্রহণ সম্পূর্ণ স্বেচ্ছামূলক ।

            ১২.ক.খ. এই কার্যক্রম চলাকালে সংগৃহীত তথ্য পরিষেবার উন্নতি বা বিজয়ীদের জানাতে ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে ।

 

 

১৩. পর্যবেক্ষণ এবং প্রয়োগ

১৩.ক. কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণ:

            ১৩.ক.ক. সেফস্টলবিডি প্ল্যাটফর্মে ব্যবহারকারীর কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে ।

            ১৩.ক.খ. শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া হতে পারে, যার মধ্যে অ্যাক্সেস স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা অথবা যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবহিত করা অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে ।

 

 

১৪. নিরাপত্তা এবং সংক্রমণের ঝুঁকি

১৪.ক. অনলাইন ঝুঁকি:

            ১৪.ক.ক. সেফস্টলবিডি উপযুক্ত নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করলেও, ইন্টারনেটের মাধ্যমে প্রেরিত তথ্য সর্বদা নিরাপদ নাও হতে পারে ।

            ১৪.ক.খ. ব্যবহারকারীরা তাদের তথ্য নিজ দায়িত্বে প্রেরণ করবেন, এবং এতে যদি কোন ব্যাঘাত ঘটে তার জন্য সেফস্টলবিডি দায়ী থাকবে না ।

 

 

১৫. তথ্যের সঠিকতা

১৫.ক. ডিসক্লেইমার:

            ১৫.ক.ক. সেফস্টলবিডি সবসময় সঠিক এবং হালনাগাদআকৃত তথ্য প্রদান করার চেষ্টা করে, তবে এইসব তথ্যের সম্পুর্নতা নিশ্চিত করে না ।

            ১৫.ক.খ. ব্যবহারকারীদের উচিত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিবরণ ভালো ভাবে যাচাই করা বা প্রয়োজনীয় ক্ষেত্রে পেশাদার পরামর্শ নেওয়া ।

 

 

১৬. দায়িত্বের সীমাবদ্ধতা

১৬.ক. ব্যতিক্রমসমূহ:

            ১৬.ক.ক. সেফস্টলবিডি যাবতীয় পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না ।

 

১৬.খ. সেফস্টলবিডি প্লাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করে কেনা পণ্য ও সেবার মধ্যেই  এর সর্বোচ্চ দায়িত্ব বিদ্যমান থাকবে ।

 

 

১৭. অর্ডার সম্পাদন এবং মূল্য নির্ধারণ

১৭.ক. মূল্য নির্ধারণের আনুমানিকতা:

        ১৭.ক.ক. প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রদর্শিত মূল্যগুলি আনুমানিক । চূড়ান্ত মূল্য পণ্যের ব্যাচের বিবরণের উপর নির্ভর করে এবং এটি ইনভয়েসে প্রতিফলিত হবে ।

 

১৭.খ. পেমেন্ট সমন্বয়:

        ১৭.খ.ক. চূড়ান্ত মূল্য প্রিপেমেন্টের চেয়ে বেশি হলে, গ্রাহককে এই অতিরিক্ত অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে ।

        ১৭.খ.খ. চূড়ান্ত মূল্য কম হলে, অতিরিক্ত অর্থ মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে ।

 

১৭.গ. রিফান্ড:

        ১৭.গ.ক. রিফান্ড সেফস্টলবিডি রিফান্ড নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী প্রদান করা হয় ।

 

 

১৮. এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস (ইডিএস)

১৮.ক. অগ্রাধিকার ডেলিভারি:

        ১৮.ক.ক. ইডিএস নির্ধারিত সময় এবং কার্যদিবসে অগ্রাধিকার ডেলিভারি প্রদান করে ।

 

১৮.খ. ডেলিভারি চার্জ:

        ১৮.খ.ক. ইডিএসের জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য, যা শহর, সময় এবং ডেলিভারি এলাকার ভিত্তিতে পরিবর্তিত হয় ।

        ১৮.খ.খ. অর্ডার প্রেরণের পর সেবা ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয় ।

 

১৮.গ. প্রাপ্যতা:

        ১৮.গ.ক. ইডিএস নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় উপলব্ধ এবং সেফস্টলবিডি বিবেচনায় ছুটির দিনেও ডেলিভারি অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে ।

 

১৮.ঘ. পরিবর্তনের সীমাবদ্ধতা:

        ১৮.ঘ.ক. অর্ডার গ্রহণের পর ডেলিভারির বিবরণ পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না ।

 

      

১৯. অর্ডার যাচাইকরণ এবং ফেরত

১৯.ক. যাচাইকরণের দায়িত্ব:

        ১৯.ক.ক. ব্যবহারকারীদের ডেলিভারির সময় তাদের অর্ডারের পণ্য সামগ্রী যাচাই করে গ্রহন করতে হবে ।

 

১৯.খ. রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড:

        ১৯.খ.ক. শুধুমাত্র ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন/রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হয় ।

        ১৯.খ.খ. আংশিক রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়; পুরো অর্ডার রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের জন্য যোগ্য হতে হবে ।

        

১৯.গ. চূড়ান্ত স্বীকৃতি:

        ১৯.গ.ক. একবার অর্ডার যাচাই এবং গ্রহণ করা হলে, এটিতে ত্রুটি না থাকলে ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে না ।

 

১৯.ঘ. প্যাকেজিং সম্পর্কিত উদ্বেগ:

        ১৯.ঘ.ক. ব্যবহারকারীদের খোলা বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত প্যাকেজ গ্রহণ করা উচিত নয় এবং এই সম্পর্কে সেফস্টলবিডি অবিলম্বে জানাতে হবে ।

 

 

 

২০. কনটেন্ট এবং পোস্টিংয়ের সীমাবদ্ধতা

২০.ক. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব:

        ২০.ক.ক. ব্যবহারকারীদের নিশ্চিত করতে হবে যে সেফস্টলবিডি প্ল্যাটফর্মে তারা কোনো কনটেন্ট পোস্ট করলে তা প্রযোজ্য আইন এবং নিয়মাবলীর সাথে সঙ্গতিপূর্ণ হতে হবে ।

        ২০.ক.খ. ব্যবহারকারীদের কনটেন্ট মানহানিকর, আক্রমণাত্মক, অশ্লীল, যৌন উত্তেজক বা অন্য কোনোভাবে বেআইনি হওয়া উচিত নয় ।

 

২০.খ. মেধাস্বত্বের সম্মতি:

        ২০.খ.ক. ব্যবহারকারীরা এমন কোনো কনটেন্ট পোস্ট করতে পারবেন না যা তাদের মালিকানাধীন নয় বা যা শেয়ার করার জন্য তাদের বৈধ অধিকার নেই ।

 

২০.গ. নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রম:

        ২০.গ.ক. ক্ষতিকারক, মানহানিকর বা অননুমোদিত কনটেন্ট পোস্ট করা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ ।

        ২০.গ.খ. সেফস্টলবিডি পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই অসম্মতিপূর্ণ কনটেন্ট সরিয়ে দেওয়ার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে ।

 

২০.ঘ. দায়িত্ব:

        ২০.ঘ.ক. যেকোনো নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘনের পরিণতির (আইনি দাবি বা জরিমানা) জন্য ব্যবহারকারীরা দায়ী থাকবেন ।

 

 

২১. তথ্য সম্মতি

২১.ক. আইনি অনুসরণ:

        ২১.ক.ক. সেফস্টলবিডি ব্যক্তিগত এবং লেনদেনসংক্রান্ত তথ্য সংগ্রহ, সংরক্ষণ এবং ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য সকল আইন মেনে চলে ।

 

২১.খ. তথ্যের ব্যবহার:

        ২১.খ.ক. তথ্য শুধুমাত্র আইনের প্রয়োজন বা কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার উদ্দেশ্যে সংরক্ষিত হয়, যাতে ব্যবহারকারীর গোপনীয়তা এবং নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা যায় ।

 

২১.গ. সরকারি সম্মতি:

        ২১.গ.ক. আইন অনুযায়ী বা সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুরোধে সেফস্টলবিডি ব্যাক্তিগত তথ্য প্রকাশ করতে পারে ।

 

 

২২. দৈব ঘটনা

২২.ক. দায়িত্বের ছাড়:

        ২২.ক.ক. সেফস্টলবিডি তার নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে এমন পরিস্থিতির কারণে বিলম্বের জন্য দায়ী নয়, যার মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত, তবে এর মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ নয়:

        ২২.ক.খ. প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ (যেমন, বন্যা, ভূমিকম্প)

        ২২.ক.গ. যুদ্ধ বা সন্ত্রাসী কর্মকাণ্ড

        ২২.ক.ঘ. সরকারি কার্যক্রম বা নিয়মাবলী

        ২২.ক.ঙ. শ্রম ধর্মঘট বা পরিবহন বিঘ্ন ইত্যাদি

 

 

২৩. সেবা বিঘ্ন:  

২৩.ক. দৈব দূর্ঘটনা ক্ষেত্রে, সেফস্টলবিডি পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই সেবা স্থগিত বা প্রত্যাহার করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে ।

 

 

২৪. শাসনকারী আইন এবং বিচারিক ক্ষেত্র

২৪.ক. আইনি কাঠামো:

        ২৪.ক.ক. এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা শাসিত ।

 

২৪.খ. বিচারিক ক্ষেত্র:

        ২৪.খ.ক. এই শর্তাবলী অনুযায়ী যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতের এখতিয়ারভুক্ত থাকবে ।

 

        

২৫. ব্যবহারকারী চুক্তি

২৫.ক. চুক্তির নিশ্চয়তা:

        ২৫.ক.ক. “I have read and accept the terms and conditions,"  এ ক্লিক করে, ব্যবহারকারীরা এখানে বর্ণিত সকল শর্ত মেনে নেওয়ার সম্মতি প্রদান করেছেন ।

 

২৫.খ. চুক্তি বাতিলের অধিকার:

        ২৫.খ.ক. ব্যবহারকারীরা যদি এই শর্তাবলী আর না মানতে চান, তবে তারা সেফস্টলবিডি জানিয়ে তাদের নিবন্ধন বাতিল করতে পারেন ।

 

 

২৬. অধিকার সংরক্ষণ

২৬.ক. পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার:

        ২৬.ক.ক.  সেফস্টলবিডি পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন, সংশোধন বা সম্পাদন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে ।

 

২৬.খ. সেবা সমন্বয়:

        ২৬.খ.ক.   সেফস্টলবিডি  তার সেবার যেকোনো অংশ স্থগিত, প্রত্যাহার বা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে ।

 

২৬.গ. ব্যবহারকারীর সম্মতি:

        ২৬.গ.ক.  ব্যবহারকারীরা যে কোনো পরিবর্তনের পর প্ল্যাটফর্মের ব্যবহার আপডেট করা শর্তাবলী মেনে নেওয়ার সম্মতি প্রদান করে ।
